Believers in the right for Michigan voters to decide whether or not
the state should legalize recreational marijuana use for people 21 and
older are taking the fight to the state's highest court.
MI Legalize, the group behind the effort to place a question about
legalizing recreational marijuana use on the November 2016 ballot, filed
a motion for the Michigan Supreme Court to overturn a lower court's
ruling that the state has no obligation to count all of the the
submitted voter signatures.
